Meghan Markle was encouraged to continue working for women and girls

During the podcast, Meghan Markle revealed the words of wisdom she received from a well-known personality. The influential woman asked the Sussex royal to never give up on activism and continue working towards the welfare of girls and women. Though Markle spoke about the advice she received, the former actress refused to give any hints about the name of the person due to privacy concerns.

“She said to me, I know that your life is changing, but please don’t give up your activism. Don’t give up because it means so much to women and girls. And I kept doing the work for women and girls because it matters, yes. But also because she encouraged me to do so,” Markle said in the Spotify podcast.

The Duchess continues to work towards the development of women even after her wedding. It was just a few days back that she and her husband Prince Harry made a charity of $1 million to VING Project via their Archewell Foundation. With the grant, they are hoping to help needy women.
