Kim Kardashian has been long in dispute with her former husband Kanye West the moment she filed for divorce. The fashion and music mogul has challenged her along the way several times. He even called her out in public, criticizing her parenting skills. Not to mention, the Donda singer constantly interfered in her relationships. Despite the drama around her, she remained silent and allowed him to ineracr with the children.

The American socialite and Ye finally got settled their divorce last month as they came to a drama-free agreement. The ex-couple share four kids whose ages range from three to nine years old, so the court declared joint custody, while the former Yeezy owner has agreed to pay her $200,000 a month in child support. The children are expected to spend most of the time with their mother.

Kim Kardashian planning to build a holiday mansion on divorce settlement property

According to MARCA, Kim Kardashian has filed paperwork to get the permit of new construction in La Quinta, California. The reality show actress is planning to build a vacation manor on the $6.3 million worth land that she received in the divorce settlement with Kanye West. 

The famous firm Bo.Shi Architects will build the desert home of the 42-year-old socialite with Tadao Ando Architects and Associates. Kardashian had previously applied for the development but she didn’t get the permit to construct her spaceship-themed residence.

Almost a year passed by and now the Deep in the Valley star has started the process from the beginning, since the architect team failed to provide information on fire safety and changes to the specific blueprints to The City of La Quinta.

Therefore, now Kim Kardashian is moving forward with her plan to design a single-family home and, as per the reports, she wants a pool and a spa on her 41,817-acre property.
