Y2K follows a teenage gang who decides to celebrate the beginning of a new year and say goodbye to 1999. While their plans to party like cool kids fail the moment they step into a new millennium and everything changes but not for good.

The project is inspired by the big “Y2K Scare” that aroused rumors of computers going bonkers on the very first day of the 2000s.
