Jamie Campbell Bower recently stopped for a quick chat with Variety at the premiere of his new film Horizon: An American Saga- Chapter 1 in Los Angeles. The actor talked about his feelings regarding Stranger Things coming to an end. Bower shared that he was “grateful to be a part of the show” and that it has been life-changing for him. However, he is also a “day-by-day kind of guy,” so the end of the show will not affect him too much until he actually reaches the end of filming. “We are not there yet,” added the 35-year-old.
Bower also mentioned that he might feel differently when he reaches the end of filming for Stranger Things. He recalled his emotional reaction when filming for the fourth season ended, saying he “burst into tears”. Like Campbell, Maya Hawke, who was also a late addition to the show, has hinted at a delay in the release of the fifth season earlier. Nonetheless, every person involved in the project has agreed on one common thing, and that is the fifth season is going to be massive, including Jamie Campbell Bower.

Jamie Campbell Bower appeared on the iHeart show, I've Never Said This Before With Tommy DiDario, last week, where he compared Stranger Things season 5 with the previous one in scale. “If you thought last season was nuts, this season is just out of control, wild, like, it’s bonkers,” claimed the British actor. Bower also shared how he came to understand more about his character, the antagonist Henry Creel, also known as Vecna, through a play in London.
Bower shared that the play answered many questions he had regarding his character on the show. In the fourth season, fans saw Vecna injured by the Hawkins gang and preparing for a massive and stronger comeback for the final showdown. Considering Bower’s claims about it being “insane,” it is safe to say that anticipation among fans for season 5 has heightened even more.
