Through his bombshell memoir Spare, Prince Harry put the spotlight on the feud between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton. The Duke discussed in detail how the two royal daughters-in-law could never get along with each other. He also recounted a handful of incidents where the former American actresses offended the Princess of Wales by being herself. One of the most explosive revelations by Prince Harry was about the crying episode just before their royal wedding.
Kate refused to take Charlotte to see Meghan’s tailor, Ajay. Then William+Kate removed their kids before Harry and Meghan even left the church.

During Oprah Winfrey’s interview, Markle claimed that then Duchess of Cambridge made her upset less than a week before the wedding. Revealing the details, Prince Harry wrote that it was Princess Charlotte’s baggy bridesmaid dress that caused tension. Just four days before the wedding, Kate Middleton wished for the dress to be remade while the Suits alum wanted her to visit the tailor and get the fittings right. The whole drama by the Princess of Wales made Meghan Markle emotionally vulnerable. Following the revelations, Twitter came up with some pictures to prove that Middleton tried to steal Markle’s limelight on her wedding day.

Wearing white at someone else’s wedding is considered nothing less than a crime, as nobody wants the bride to be upstaged on her special day. After the release of Spare, Kate Middleton is being accused of the same crime. Many of her pictures from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding in 2018 have gone viral, which hints at Middleton’s white ensemble. Royal fans are of the opinion that by wearing a white dress, the Princess of Wales tried to get back to the former American actress for their showdown regarding Charlotte’s dress.

However, because of the day wedding, the dress was giving a white reflection. Notably, the future queen consort opted for an old dress for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding. She was spotted in the lemon-colored coat a handful of times in the media before.
