Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have left no stone unturned in exposing the royal family of their deepest secrets. Starting from Princess Diana’s tragic life story to shedding light on the brothers’ rivalry he said it all. The last two months of December 2022 and January, if anything else, were the most eventful months for the Sussexes.
“When the stakes are this high, doesn't it make more sense to hear our story from us?”
This docuseries has been such a long time coming, and like Prince Harry’s memoir, I am eager to hear and see all of this from his and Meghan Markle’s perspectives. https://t.co/oKNkARtJFb

Soon after the bombshell docuseries, Prince Harry poured his heart out in his tell-all revealing memoir, Spare. The same was evidently an extended version of all the accusations made by the couple on the Netflix show. Although it did fascinate all Sussex fans, haters as usual felt the stint. As of now, one of the most sought-after therapists has also got something to pitch in.
Trauma Expert expresses concern over Prince Harry and his trauma dumping
Labeling all of the Duke’s revelations as ‘trauma dumping’ on a mass scale, the self-proclaimed trauma expert, Danny Greeves, feels this is now taking a dangerous turn. The UK therapist who is also a speaker at BBC radio has been keeping a close tab on the royal fiasco. Ever since the Megxit, he knew what was coming and thus closely followed the Royal drama surrounding the Sussexes. However, according to him, Harry is now making this more like his ‘death cult’ instead of revealing just facts.

The award-winning therapist is of the opinion the Duke could be unintentionally harming the mental stability of others. It is not just him in the world who has lost a mother and has parted ways from the family. There are millions out there who are met with the same fate, only they are not a Prince of the UK Sovereigns. He feels that “many people who have experienced the death of a parent may be triggered,” he said to Jam Press.

Flaw in your logic, Danny Greeves, no one received this information “without their consent”. They either chose to watch the shows, bought the book, read the article. All active efforts. #tramadumping https://t.co/h2NXG7TUr0

In medical terminology, Trauma Dumping refers to the act of oversharing one’s trauma and heartbreak with someone without their consent. Although people are quite woke and are open to lending an ear to someone who needs to vent, it still affects their own mental health in ways unknown. Greeves, 34, thus feels it is dangerous on the behalf of the public to be open to such rampant truth bombs sourced from the Royal Family itself.
