Prince Harry and Meghan Markle settled in the USA after leaving the Royal Palace. Amidst the chaos in their lives, they founded an organization named Archewell. The ex-royals are now thriving, as per the report of the first impact.
The Sussexes would be extremely happy right now as their foundation, Archewell, brought in a huge amount of money in their first operation. This impact-driven foundation believes in showing up, taking action, and helping people around the world both online and offline. Recently, according to a report by Vanity Fair, the foundation has done some amazing work that collected a huge amount of money for donation.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle achieved their first huge success in their Archewell Foundation
While making changes in the structure of the foundation, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have done some great work. A recently released report revealed the foundation raised $13 million after its formation. The California-based royals gave away the $3 million to the vaccine equity and to support women-owned small businesses. The money will also help in the resettlement of refugees from Afghanistan and Ukraine. Here is a list of works by the foundation that helped people from different parts:
- 12.66 million to Covid-19 vaccines partnering with Global Citizen
- Resettlement of 174,497 refugees via their work with Operations Allies Welcome and Welcome.US
- Serving 50k meals to hungry humans through their partnership with the World Central Kitchen
- Partnership with Human First Coalition saved more than 7k people in Afghanistan

The list goes on with more noble work. The Archewell foundation has partnered with different companies and working bodies. The foundation’s co-executive directors, James Holt and Shauna Nep, also expressed their views about the work they had done. They said in their opening letter that they shared their views about the philanthropic work being a handheld rather than a handout.
Partnering with the key organizations and the leadership of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a big achievement possible. The letter also shared their understanding of the philosophy of compassion, care, and connection. While giving credit to the Sussexes, the foundation aimed to do more for the people in need.
