The creators of the fantasy drama have promised viewers that season 4 will follow the origin story closely. They have added some talented writers to the team who will explain the replacement of Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. Moreover, the following story will focus on the princess of Cintra, who goes on a solo journey through the desert of Korath.

The ending of season 3 dropped a major cliffhanger where Ciri changed her name to Falka. Not to mention, the fake princess has stolen her identity, so season 4 will show what path she would choose now. Considering she is the key to the entire story and everything that has happened until now is for her and because of her.
