‘The Recruit’ Season 3 Is Now a Must Have, Following Soaring Reviews From Critics and Hyper Fans Alike

Netflix drops a ton of shows every year, and with so much out there, sometimes it is easy to miss the ones that are actually worth watching. The Recruit is one of those hidden gems. Despite having an exciting storyline, gripping action, and a charismatic lead in Noah Centineo, the show has often flown under the radar of fans because people assume it is just another typical spy thriller. The fact that Centineo is usually seen in lighter roles has not helped its case either. But the show has definitely proved it has got more to offer than what people thought.

After the nail-biting second season, fans are now begging for The Recruit season 3, and there is a huge reason why it is needed.

It has only been two days since The Recruit season two dropped, and fans are already obsessed. Critically, the season has been well received too. On Rotten Tomatoes, it boasts an 83% critic score and a 76% audience score, both even higher than the first season. Despite all the praise, a lot of fans still have one big gripe about the ending and the episode count. Fans noted that some storylines and character arcs in the season wrapped up a little too quickly, and the ending felt rushed too, almost like they were trying to tie everything up in a hurry.

Fans were left with the feeling that things could not possibly be resolved that easily. Many characters did not get enough attention, and some subplots, like the one focused on Hannah Copeland, never really came together with the main story either. With all this untapped potential, a third season could help bring closure to some of these loose ends. And it looks like that is exactly what is in the works.

That said, there is still no official word on whether we will get a renewal. Considering Netflix is known for taking its sweet time with these kinds of decisions, and especially with their history of canceling beloved shows out of nowhere, we might be waiting a while before we find out whether Owen Hendricks and the rest of the team will be back on the small screens.
