‘The Light We Carry’ has Oprah Winfrey shocked over this one thing about former first lady Michelle Obama

After standing by one of the most well-liked presidents, being an inspiration for black female excellence, and writing a book, former first lady Michelle Obama leaves a lot for people to wonder about. Despite not being in the White House anymore, she remains active with her work, touring around and striving for a better world.
Not everyone can manage to ace a personal life on the side, the way she does. The wife of Barack Obama and mother to two daughters recently took the pen to write a new book. Winfrey gave the audience a deeper insight into the book through a special Netflix interview.

Oprah Winfrey is no less than a legend herself. But even she had questions about how Mrs. Obama manages to keep both her work and friend circle close. During the special interview, named after her book The Light You Carry, they discussed several topics. Obama recollected how the talk show host once invited her to stay over with her friends. But was skeptical upon learning that she has 12 good friends. “Who has 12 good friends?” Winfrey asked the audience. The author then mimicked the television host about how her only good friend is journalist Gayle King.
The whole clip turned into a mini roast as they adorably made of each other. Oprah Winfrey replied back by stating how the one person who had so much company was Jesus with his disciples. Although Obama replied that she has been collecting her gang of friends throughout her life.

The clip was just a short part of an entire interview, where they discussed the book as well.
The host is set with multiple such content for Netflix
This interview was a once-in-a-moon special by Netflix. After ending her world-famous The Oprah Winfrey Show, the 69-year-old occasionally began hosting exclusive interviews, including the bombshell Megxit one with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. It was followed by a real and enlightening interview with Viola Davis. She is also said to be starring with Kerry Washington in Tyler Perry’s World War II drama Six Triple Eight, which will also be distributed by the OTT giant. Meanwhile, Michelle Obama continues to promote her latest inspirational book.
