The Chainsmokers have a lot to reveal beyond their music. Alexander “Alex” Pall and Andrew “Drew” Taggart first had their breakthrough song #Selflie in 2014. Thereafter they made songs like Closer, Paris, New York City, Waterbed, etc. The duo even bagged a Grammy award for Best Dance Recording for their song Don’t let me Down.
While the duo is well-liked for their music, they also dropped some truth bombs in an interview recently. Usually, people reveal their struggles in the industry, but The Chainsmokers revealed something rather unexpected. But instead of surprise, the world of the internet is also rather unimpressed with the revelation.
How fans reacted after The Chainsmokers dropped a truth bomb
S*x in band culture is an aspect that has existed for decades. Although The Chainsmokers did not hold back as they dropped their truth bomb in a recent interview. Twitter went wild with their interview as captions like, “The Chainsmokers reveal they’ve had threesomes with fans multiple times.” are now surfacing. The duo appeared in an interview with Alexandra Cooper Fan for her Call Her Daddy podcast. They discussed their music but went candid about their s*xual adventures and how they have experienced threesomes with fans as well, since their beds in Europe were joint. Fans, as expected have not been able to keep their calm ever since.

So even if one of them had a date, they ended up in a threesome. “So it’s almost by force that we were forced into these scenarios”, said Pall during the interview. But people on Twitter were not too keen on hearing this fact. Rather Twitteratis were displeased with the idea of oversharing and thought that it was unnecessary for the band to give out that private information.
we've had enough celebrities revealing things we didn't ask for

One fan even sarcastically joked about how the band could release a book to give out more details about it. Although the duo did agree that those days were behind them, they do not experiment in that capacity anymore. It has been a part of music culture to be open about s*xuality, even with top-tier fans such as The Queen. As for The Chainsmokers, they have been celebrating the success of their band through So Far So Good which was released in 2022.
