There has been a long buzz over the making of Sherlock Holmes 3, but no developments have taken place regarding the same. Speaking to Collider, director Guy Ritchie revealed how Robert Downey Jr will decide the fate of the movie. “The ball’s in his court, so he’s in charge of the script, he’s in charge of the whole thing,” the director revealed. Ritchie will step in only when required and has left the responsibility to the actor to decide on things.
The move was initially scheduled to release in 2020. However, like most Hollywood projects, things got disrupted due to the COVID-19 lockdown, and the project began fizzling out. Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law last appeared for the project in 2011 and are expected to reprise their roles for the next chapter as well. Here is a look at how their initial plot began, and the news that was leaked regarding the next idea.
