The poster captioned as, “Andy Warhol’s name, work, and legacy is known the world over — but he remains, by design, a mystery.” Ryan Murphy, who is known for his works in American Horror Story, will produce the show. The show found its basis on the diary entries written by Warhol’s friend Pat Hackett along with some rare video clips.

Netflix has confirmed the official release date with the trailer of The Andy Warhol Diaries. The docuseries will release on March 9th, 2022, exclusively on Netflix. The documentary will have a six episodes. 

Netflix shared the trailer of the docuseries on YouTube on February 23rd, 2022. In the show, the creator of the show has created Warhol’s voice, which sounds strikingly human, using artificial intelligence. The trailer covers different fields where Warhol’s works, which include art, music, film, and fashion.

In the trailer, Warhol says his famous quote: “If you really want to know anything about my work, look behind it, there’s nothing there.” However, as the trailer progressed, we came to know that’s not true. There’s more to Andy Warhol.

The Andy Warhol Diaries is all about discovering this pop-art icon by interviewing people who knew him, including John Waters and Rob Lowe. Andy Warhol was a larger-than-life figure but was intensely private.
