Sydney Sweeney had recently removed a word from her personal dictionary and that is “relaxing”. The 25-year-old is doing projects back to back and barely gets time to chill. However, she was recently spotted at a beach in Australia in a cute white bikini but was not alone.

The Euphoria star was not relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Australia but working. According to JustJared, she was there with Top Gun: Maverick fame Glen Powell, who is starring opposite her in the upcoming film, which they are filming in Australia. Sweeney was spotted wearing an all-white bikini and was captured playing with the waves while Powell was also there.

The Handmaid’s Tale star looked like she was enjoying her time on the film’s set. She has been in Australia for a while now. The White Lotus star was also spotted at a Harry Styles concert that happened in Sydney recently and had a great time with her friends there.

The 25-year-old recently launched her collaboration with Frankies Bikini. But during its press release, she did not clarify whether she was in Australia just to attend the concert or if there was anything else. Well, now the pictures have made it clear that she is there for filming purposes.

What do we know about the upcoming Sydney Sweeney rom-com?

The unnamed rom-com was announced at the beginning of 2023. The Everything Sucks star and her fans were waiting for a long time for her to star in a lighthearted project. She gave her fans this good news when she announced the R-rated film with director Will Gluck.

Apart from being the lead in the film, the Spokane native is also executive producing it under her own production house, Fifty-Fifty Films. A few weeks ago, Love, Simon fame, Alexandra Shipp, joined the cast of this film.

Gluck is known for having a specialization in the rom-com genre, with flicks like Easy A, Friends with Benefits, and Barefoot under her belt. Despite the film being in production, the makers of the film have not revealed the date of the release yet, let alone its name. As per the Deadline, Michelle Hurd, Bryan Brown, Darren Barnet, and Hadley Robinson will also star in this anticipated rom-com.
