The odyssey from Stranger Things season 1 to 5 has been as grueling as a head-to-head brawl with a Demogorgon, minus the psychic nosebleeds. But while fans eagerly attempt to crack the code of what is to come, one person holds the key to the truth—the legendary Demogorgon slayer herself, Millie Bobby Brown. Stranger Things season 5 is finally creeping into view, marking the end of years spent riding shotgun on a supernatural rollercoaster through the unknown. Millie Bobby Brown sat with MTV a few weeks ago and, talking about the Upside Down finale, she addressed what it is like to hold the cards to her chest. Upon being asked by Chris Pratt whether she likes the power of secrecy, Brown admitted, “I have dreams and nightmares that I’m going to spoil it.”

Josh Horowitz took the cue and could not resist asking the actress her opinion on the body count awaiting the final season. While she gave Duffer brother the praise for doing a “brilliant job,” the Netflix star also confessed she has had a change of opinion throughout the filming period of season 5. As for whether anyone else in her proximity remains aware of Stranger Things’ ultimate fate, it turns out that they do—both Jake Bongiovi and her family.

Millie Bobby Brown’s nightmares may be rooted in spoiling Stranger Things, but what she did not see coming was another Netflix show giving her a whole new reason to lose sleep.

Millie Bobby Brown’s worst fears are not actually trapped in Stranger Things' Upside Down

Stranger Things was Millie Bobby Brown’s claim to fame. Yet, for Netflix, it was inviting cult followers with a lifetime membership. However, right before the finale comes knocking on the streamer’s doorstep, Netflix’s one-shot series, Adolescence, just joined the most popular English-language TV series list of all time at #9 with 96.7 million views. With that, it pushed Stranger Things season 3 (94.8 million) to #10.

Adolescence also knocked Bridgerton season 2 (93.8 million) off the list. The series has achieved this major milestone within just 17 days, and it still has over 2 months to keep up with the climb, considering the streamer measures the list for 91 days of viewership. That said, it seems that spoiling the fun should not be the reason Brown is up at night, since the Netflix nightmare just took the strangest twist.
