‘Stranger Things’ Halloween: Amidst Season 5 Wait, Netflix Series Brings 2 Special Surprises for Spooky Season
As Stranger Things unfolded to be more than just another Netflix series that fans would forget and positioned itself as more of a phenomenon, it has become a gift that keeps on giving. It successfully gave the audience another adventurous and enigmatic group of teenagers reminiscent of Harry Potter or the Famous Five. The Netflix original remains at peak beauty during Halloween, and now fans have a chance to witness this outside the screens.
Stranger Things has time and again branched out to more real platforms with its Broadway show and Stranger Things: The Experience. However, this time they have taken things up a whole notch thanks to Halloween.

While the festive season is often associated with jingle bells and red noses, Stranger Things is all about the carved-out pumpkins vibe. And in order to get more people on the sledge, the show has left no stones unturned. From exclusive 'squishmallows' in Walmart in November to an event based on Stranger Things Season 2's 'Trick or Treat, Freak' episode on October 31, things will really be turning upside down.
In order to really get into the Halloween season, the show seems to have brought out its big guns early, as evidenced by the 'Trick or Treat, Freak' show at Hollywood’s Egyptian Theater. This will include photo ops, giveaways, music, and, of course, treats. It is unclear if any of the cast members will be present to greet fans for the event.
This is not the first time Stranger Things has amped up the ante by not just its storyline but engaging experiences that cement its title as a phenomenon.

From bringing to life a creature so horrifying that the actors unprepared on set that were in his presence broke down into tears to giving literal chills in the spine with their set designs, any word less than 'spectacular' wold be wrong to define the beauty of Stranger Things. And the makers seem to realize it as well, as they constantly curate events that allow fans to experience this in real life.
Known as Stranger Things: The Experience, it is described as an "immersive experience" on the site where fans can basically get a taste of the show's medicine. Tickets to said experience guarantee merchandise, escape room, food court, and more. It is unclear whether the new unfolding at Hollywood’s Egyptian Theater will have a food court, but fans are excited nonetheless.
