It is no secret that the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle are the real lovebirds of the UK royal family. As much as they adore each other, their mutual love and respect have seen the test of time. Right from the time of engagement to settling down in a foreign country and leaving the Palace behind, the parents of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have proved their love for each for once and for all. But Prince Harry is all head over heels for his wife, Meghan Markle. 

This comes evident from an age-old interview from the BBC of the then newly engaged Sussex Couple. As is the royal custom, each royal pair ought to sit with the publication to share highlights of the couple’s journey so far, and so did Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. 

While they both sat hand-in-hand answering to one of the most trusted publications of the Imperial Family, Prince Harry could not help but gush non-stop about his American wife. Back in 2018, the fifth in line to the throne of succession spoke to BBC’s Mishal Husain walking us through the military prince and the actress princess love story.  

He confessed that both of them fell so hard in love with each other that it seemed as if “the stars were aligned.” The Duke also gleamed with happiness while sharing how “beautiful” Ms. Markle just tripped and fell into his life. Speaking highly of her personality, along with her beauty, Prince Harry shared that Meghan Markle and his late mother, Princess Diana, would have been best friends if she were alive.

Further talking of their major topics of interest, one statement sure did perfectly reflect the Sussex couple. “Both of us have passions to make change for good,” shared Prince Harry himself. Meghan Markle, who joined him in the same revealed that one of the first things that got them along was just the different things they wanted to do in the world. 

“…how passionate we were about seeing change” affirmed the then Duchess-to-be with her firmly holding hands with Prince Harry. Thus, their display of love and power was evident from day one. And every breakthrough of stereotypical royal protocols and stringent traditions following their unison stands witness to the same.
