Initially skeptical, Randolph found the new season to be "brilliantly & meaningfully expanded" with a mind-blowing narrative. "SO. MANY. SURPRISES," she exclaimed praising the creator Hwang Dong-hyuk.

Having witnessed season 2's incredible conclusion, Randolph now believes Squid Game has the potential to run for multiple seasons, a notion she previously thought impossible. Netflix has since confirmed Jun-ho's return in season two.

The circumstances of Jun-ho's return remain unclear, with creator Hwang Dong-hyuk yet to confirm whether the character is still alive.
