Season 4’s viewership indeed saw a massive jump in comparison to its previous seasons. While the second season opened with 7.6 million views, season 3 gathered 2.4 million views. Meanwhile, the fourth season was no less than a rollercoaster. The show took the audience for a treat with its gripping storyline and impeccable humor. At the same time, it devastated the fans after ruining the only perfect couple in the show.

Sex Education season 4 received its worst rating on Rotten Tomatoes

Sex Education has been a fan-favorite show. With every season, the series has been achieving a near-perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes. Season 4 was no surprise in terms of critic ratings. However, the audience score for the show was rather unimpressive this season. As shocking as it may sound, season 4 had an audience score of just 40%.

The recent score indicates a massive fall from the show’s previous seasons. The show’s first three seasons had an incredible audience score of 94%, 93%, and 88%. With the show ending with season 4, there are no more chances of falling. However, seeing such a hit show garner such a poor rating for its finale is disappointing.
