Anime, as we all know, is one of the most flourishing genres around the world right now. In recent times, the audience for this genre has seen a sharp growth. While there exists a huge catalog of animes on the internet right now, a few anime deserve the credit for raising the bar. One such is Jujutsu Kaisen. The Japanese manga series is in massive popularity among the masses. The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen premiered around the world on 3 October 2020, leaving anime fans in awe. As fans await the second season of the anime, it seems like we finally have an update about the same. 

Over the years, we have witnessed a plethora of anime make their way to our screens. And, one thing they all have in common is they are all based on or revolve around mangas. However, surprising as it sounds, Jujutsu Kaisen plans to take a separate route with its second season. Not long ago, Jujutsu Kaisen held a discussion panel where in the cast and crew had an in-depth discussion about the upcoming season. Moreover, they provided some very interesting insights about the same as well.

Myamura translated the discussion of the crew members. As per Myamura, Yuichi Nakamura, the actor who voices Satoru Gojo, revealed how the second season will feature anime-exclusive scenes.

Furthermore, reports by CBR state that the actors have already started voicing the characters for the upcoming season. Apparently, Nakamura even revealed during the discussion that, while recording the scenes, they often compare it with the manga. Furthermore, Kimura even spoke, “I’ll be glad if the fans from the manga can enjoy the enhanced direction in the anime.” To make things more exciting for the fans, the actor even added that the upcoming scenes will be more “flashy.”

What season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen has in store for the fans?

We are no strangers to the legacy Jujutsu Kaisen has created for itself with its first season. The first season was a massive hit among the masses. Furthermore, JJK even became one of the most-watched anime soon after its release. And as every passing day brings us closer to the second season, it seems like things are going to get more exciting.

Season 2 of the popular anime will follow the Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu” and “Shibuya Incident” arcs. Apparently, it will take the fans seventeen years back in time when Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto were studying at Jujutsu High. The trailer for the upcoming season also gave us a glimpse of some intense fighting scenes. As of late, JJK season 2 will premiere worldwide on July 6.
