From his breathtaking action to stomach-aching laughter-evoking techniques through his staple fourth-wall-breaking style, Reynolds has already sought all the love and praises from fans and critics alike. This time around, fanatics are more excited than ever to witness the grandeur of the Merc with the mouth. Perhaps it is because of a special cameo from Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine.

Those who are true and passionate followers of MCU’s funniest superhero would perhaps know it was through Wolverine that we first got introduced to Wade Wilson. Although reviews were not much in the favor of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the Just Friends actor delivered such a powerful performance that led the actor to adapt a successful flick of his superhero, Deadpool.

His recent Instagram post suggests that the actor has something huge in mind as he passionately studies Jackman’s originally planned swan song as Wolverine, Logan.

Given his fate in the OG movies, his return as an adamant, clawed hero certainly surprised everyone. The next question that would then arise is how the storyline will work out just aptly for the two to fulfill the now-promised dream. Well, per the popular guesses, there could be two ways, both involving a nice adventurous trip through an alternative universe come 2024. Either the movie would take place in MCU with a small diversion that transports the two superheroes to this universe. Traverse the universe to find their way back. And as they undo the riddle, one (Deadpool) chooses to stay in the new world while the other returns to the Fox universe.

Yet another way is them hanging around the multiverse and Loki’s TVA porting them to MCU. The duo could then say goodbye to X-Men as epochal characters like Magneto and Xavier appear, with the actors getting to play the role one last time. Furthermore, the possibility of them exploring the Fantastic Four world is also very much open.
