Since his appointment as the new monarch in September 2022, King Charles III is busy dealing with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The California-based royals have been unstoppable following Queen Elizabeth II’s death, as they have unleashed a war against the royal family. The couple came up with the Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan last month to present their raw and unflinching truth. In their tell-all truth, the Duke and Duchess made a lot of sensational revelations.

After docuseries, the royal family is preparing for another scathing attack as Prince Harry’s memoir Spare will hit the stores on January 10. The book will be nothing less than a dynamite for the institution. The royal prince will be providing detailed and honest insight into his life. There has been no response from any senior member of the firm regarding the claims and allegations by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. However, the royal author Phil Dampier has reflected on King Charles’ feelings. 

King Charles is affected by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s docuseries

As per Phil Dampier, King Charles is furious with his California-based son and daughter-in-law. Though the monarch is not happy with the Sussexes’ tarnishing his reputation, he is unlikely to release any statement. The Palace is continuing with its policy of never complaining and never explaining to maintain dignity in public. Notably, in the docuseries, Prince Harry accused his father of spewing lies against him to send him out of the family. 

“King Charles would never say anything publicly, but in private, I’m sure he’s seething,” the royal author claimed as mentioned by The News.

It is also believed that the king is at his breaking point with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. He is upset that he has to spend his initial days as a monarch worrying about the Sussexes’ drama. Meanwhile, King Charles gave it back to the Duke and Duchess by excluding them from his first Christmas speech. There was no mention of the royal couple. However, he was all praises for Prince William and Kate Middleton for their contribution as working royals.
