Ross Duffer’s Hints At A Full Swing Schedule for ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5
With its blend of supernatural suspense and kids who redefine friendship goals, Stranger Things became one of the rare shows that linger in viewers’ memories for years to come. While the previous seasons of the Netflix series enjoyed smooth sailing, the fifth installment has been marred by various delays caused by SAG-AFTRA strikes. Not anymore though! As the strikes ended last month, the show’s team finally shared the enthralling news of its production’s resumption with fans. Now, they can rejoice in the fact that it is back on track.

The town of Hawkins where the show’s events take place was originally created in the city of Atlanta. Well, in his latest Instagram story, Ross Duffer, Stranger Things’ creator, revealed that he had touched down in the city earlier today. Evidently, the location of the show is primed and ready to begin its shooting again! This means that the upcoming season is finally back on schedule.
Earlier this month, fans were teased with news of the show’s filming being resumed. One can only imagine their joy now that the team has landed at the sets to bring the story to its completion. Considering that the fifth season is going to be the final one, viewers have high hopes for how the mystical saga will finally end.
It is also believed that season five will retain a lot of the original elements from previous installments.

With Millie Bobby Brown’s Eleven at the forefront, Stranger Things has certainly delivered some gripping tales from the Upside Down. Apparently, the locations from the show where it all initially went down will reappear in season 5. Earlier this month, it was reported that the high school that the group of young adventurers bounced around in season 4 is making a comeback.
In August, it was also revealed that Downton Hawkins will become one of the main settings for the events of the final season. Some leaked clips of its sets had also surfaced on X (previously Twitter). It seems like all paths have finally converged in Atlanta as one of the Duffer brothers has hinted. As it all unfolds, audiences are on the edge of their seats, waiting for the next update regarding the show’s progress.
