Prince Harry and Meghan Markle bring drama wherever they go, or so the reports say. Ever since the Duke and Duchess denounced their UK Sovereigns and shifted to the latter’s native, controversies have been rampant. Adding fuel to the fire were the explosive tell-all truth bombs that the couple dropped on the Royal Family. And things have never been the same. Nonetheless, that was not all. 

In case you have missed it, the Harry & Meghan six-part-docu series entirely shook the later half of 2022. With over 1.4 million people watching it in the first few days, the series stayed on the top 10 charts for weeks on end. Further, it went on to break Netflix’s long-standing viewership record of most views for a debut documentary series. Following Sussex, more like the success trail, the estranged couple is now all set to surprise us with something more. 

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle plan on rom-coms and light-hearted programs for their next projects 

As reported by Telegraph a few hours ago, the couple has now decided to stay off the screen but make another massive comeback to Hollywood as producers. Although their controversial docuseries was ruled out as a Sussex love story, we all know it was not. Overshadowed by the ghastly revelations of the Royal Family, their romantic journey got significant but comparatively lesser attention. 

Nevertheless, it seems like the Sussexes got something more in store for us. A source revealed to the outlet that the star-crossed couple is now planning on fictional and scripted content in projects to come. “It will be rom coms, feel good and light-hearted programs” in contrast to the heated tensions to the bombshell December release. 

They have decided to stay just as the executive producers of their forthcoming project. The couple has taken such a decision to buy themselves some time to focus on their other projects and philanthropic work in the near future.
