Disney might as well stop making any new Pirates of the Caribbean movies without Johnny Depp in them. No one will watch without him. The movie will Bomb.

Notably, there was no Jack Sparrow equivalent, as Captain Jack was almost entirely a creation of Johnny Depp made as they were filming PotC. Also the film was a straight comedy instead of an action adventure comedy like the Pirates films. (11)
