'Revelations' on Netflix: Release Date, Trailer, Plot, Cast, and All There is to Know

Set to premiere on Netflix on March 21, 2025, the film is going to be to director Yeon Sang-ho's collaboration with Choi Gyu-seok, and his third film of the kind, following Train to Busan and Peninsula. And finally, following their combined success with Hellbound, Revelations is set to take viewers on another deep dive into the dark with its mind-boggling and thought-provoking themes. The detective on the other hand, is shown to be haunted by visions of her deceased sister.
Revelations delves deeply into themes of faith, belief, and the psychological complexities of its characters, set against a backdrop of crime and mystery. The film poses profound questions about the nature of belief, exploring how unwavering faith can lead individuals to make extreme choices, as shown in the pastor's character convicting himself to vengeance without considering the consequences.

Perpetrators of the Revelations: cast of the upcoming spine-chiller
The cast of Revelations includes Ryu Jun-yeol as Pastor Sung Min-chan, known for his performances in A Taxi Driver and Reply 1988, Ryu's portrayal promises to be both haunting and thought-provoking, capturing the internal struggle of a man driven by divine revelation. Followed by Shin Hyun-bin as Detective Lee Yeon-hui. Ryu's portrayal of the pastor, driven by his beliefs to punish a culprit, is highly anticipated. While Shin's depiction of a detective haunted by her sister's death adds emotional depth. The supporting cast features Shin Min-jae as Kwon Yang-rae.
