Renee Felice Smith wished to work with Ryan Gosling

NCIS: Los Angeles is one of the longest-running shows on American television. The first season of the show was first televised in the year 2009, and it has been running for over 14 seasons now. The show has a good crew and a strong cast that includes stars such as Daniela Ruah, Chris O’Donnell, Linda Hunt, and Renee Felice Smith.

And one of the cast members, Smith, who plays Nell Jones on the show, has expressed her desire to work with Ryan Gosling. She revealed this when she answered a fan’s question by saying that she has always wanted to work with the Canadian-American actor. According to Looper, she wrote, “Ideally, Nell would have to make him fall in love with her and keep up the act for a realllllllly long time.”

While in the show, she is madly in love with the tech operator Eric Beale, in real life, it is Gosling for Smith. In the show, it was always a critical situation of “Will they, won’t they?” between her and Eric Beale. Smith was on the show for over 10 seasons, but she left in the eleventh season along with co-star Barrett Foa AKA Eric Beale. As a matter of fact, Gosling would have been perfect for the role, as he has experience in both romantic (The Notebook) and action (The Gray Man) movies. Even though Smith’s dream of working with Gosling did not come true, she was happy with the ending she got on the show.
