There is less than a month to go into the King’s coronation and new emerging details have already set the mood for the entire Kingdom. From the unveiling of the coronation invitation to the announcement of the change in routes and the addition of carriages, Buckingham is slowly revealing it all. The preparation of the royal finale has thus been done in all pomp and show. Nonetheless, there are still some huge potholes that are hindering the flow of high-profile engagements. 

Certain matters regarding some controversial entities of the family, like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Prince Andrew, have been holding back the King to look forward to his big day with full spirit. Adding to it are a few more matters of concern that are still bothering the monarchy. As exclusively reported by Mirror, rehearsals for the big day overran significantly, thus plunging the state into complete chaos.

There is reportedly a “race against time” issue that has gripped the royal household in a state of panic. While major preparations are on the go, the Palace is still lagging behind in some pivotal construction. The first among them is seat arrangements and route fixtures for the Sussexes which have not yet been finalized. The delay has evidently stemmed from a lack of response from the estranged couples for the coronation invite to date. 

Keeping aside other members, insiders fear the King himself might not be ready for the once-in-a-generation event. There is a high chance that the King might stumble upon his elaborate crowning robes with the entire world having its eyes fixed on him on the same day. The next major row surrounding King Charles has been his decision to modify the age-old tradition, thereby changing the routes of the coronation procession. 

Prince Andrew’s ban on royal attires has outraged him

While spectators might see it as a misuse of power, this has actually been done to keep the already scrutinized costs down. According to the outlet, there has also been confusion about the women’s attire for the event. Planners are not yet sure if the other women in the family should wear tiaras before the Queen steps into the 11th-century church. 

Meanwhile, the most controversial member of the family, the ban on wearing royal attire has outraged Prince Andrew. The Prince has been reportedly ordered not to wear the Garter Knight Robes owing to his exile from the family. The infamous incidents associated with him in the past have made him yet another matter of concern for the public.
