Prince Harry may have left Britain, but he still remains the ‘mischievous ginger Prince’ that the crowd once knew him as. However, this mischievousness is no more restricted to harmless tricks. The Duke of Sussex’s every action now pulls out ten times the reaction that it did earlier when he was a working royal. There was much speculation about the time and setting around which it would be safe for Prince Harry to return to England. That, too, was questionable, considering his constant claims of agony against the royal family. However, a turn of events found Prince Harry in England in a courtroom.

The Duke of Sussex, as understood by the fans, has a knack for throwing bombshells. Be it as a memoir or an unannounced appearance in the United Kingdom after never looking back since his grandmother’s funeral. But it is important to note that much like the last time he dropped a bombshell, this time also sees Prince Harry with a clear motive.

The release of Spare has landed the Sussexes in immense scrutiny. Harsher than ever before. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been the butt of the joke simultaneously for two very popular media. But this has in no way withered the goal that they set out for. The Sussexes cited privacy breaches as one of the major reasons behind Megxit. And three years later, Prince Harry is back in England fighting against Daily Mail alongside notable names such as Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley. They are suing Associated Newspaper Ltd. the publisher behind ‘Daily Mail’ and ‘Mail on Sunday’ for ‘illegal information gathering’ according to People.

The case is evidently high profile and will take place over four days for the Judge to finally decide whether it can be processed as a trial. The 38-year-old Prince has been owning up to his words and his showing up for the court case further cements the fact that he is not ready to let go of the damages caused by tabloids to him and his family.

This is his first time in the UK since the funeral of Queen Elizabeth in late 2022. While it has not been years in the calendar, it seems like years with the information that the Sussexes have released.

The last time the Sussex royal was here, he had a home in the luxurious Frogmore Cottage which he was asked to vacate earlier this month. It is unclear whether he is staying as of now, but the Palace is the farthest answer from correct.
