Overshadowing the Coronation news, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle drifting apart from their celebrity pals had breached the top headlines. After the Oprah Winfrey snub, publications and Royal experts had lambasted the Sussex couple for being nothing but a PR stunt. Them attending any event apparently meant being the center of attraction out of all.

However, it seems like the Duke and his Duchess have dished the speculations in style. As reported earlier, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended another major event thrown by a famous media personality in the States. She is none other than the world-renowned comedian, Ellen DeGeneres, who threw a lavish party with her wife for their vow renewal ceremony.

However, the guests who accompanied the Sussex couple gave some major flashbacks to the Sussexes. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle met many of their celebrity pals at DeGeneres’s wife’s 50th birthday party which surprisingly turned into a renewal ceremony. Out of them all were the critically acclaimed F.R.I.E.N.D.S actresses, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox. However, Prince Harry crossing paths with the latter was a major highlight. 

While Aniston is now a member of the Sussexes Montecito estate, Cox shares a deeper history with the Duke. Soon after Spare’s release, Prince Harry was bombarded with various accusations of inconsistency and false pretense. However, some did reveal the true facts of his neglected younger years. One of them was getting stoned to a point of hallucinations at Cox’s house.

The Duke of Sussex was once a big fan of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S star and apparently had a secret crush on her too. Back in the day, he and his friends had an unforgettable, “mushroom and tequila” crash at the star’s place which still lies fresh in the Prince’s memoir. Thus, meeting the star after the revelations broke out on the internet was a major highlight of the event.
