Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have gone all out in their Netflix docuseries. They have described every event while offering clarification for all their actions. In the fifth episode of Harry & Meghan, the Duke and Duchess also removed the lid from the infamous scandal from 2020. The royal couple stepped down as working royals in January 2020 to live a peaceful life in California.

At that time, the tabloids suggested that it was a last-minute plan by the Sussexes. The senior royal members were told just a few minutes before the official announcement. However, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have disregarded the entire story as a plot against them. The Duke revealed that all the insiders were well aware of their relocation plans. He also stunned the viewers by claiming how the Palace officials restricted Markle from attending the meeting that was organised to decide their future.

Prince Harry reveals a conspiracy against Meghan Markle

While discussing his exit from the family in 2020, Prince Harry revealed that he and Meghan Markle arrived in the United Kingdom without Archie to discuss their relocation plans. They were hoping to continue working for the Queen and commonwealth by living away from the Palace on their own money. The private secretaries of the Queen, King Charles III and Prince William delayed the meeting without any prior notice. However, as soon as the Duchess left the country, Harry was informed about the meeting being scheduled. 

In the show, Prince Harry admitted that it was just a setup by the institutions to ensure that Markle was not there during the discussion. He believes that his wife was “deliberately not invited” to the conversation that concerned her. The former American actress also expressed her disappointment over the issue. 

She looked painful while telling the viewers to imagine having a round-table conversation about their entire future. However, you, being the wife, mother and the major target, “are not invited to have a seat at the table.”
