When Henry Cavill left the DCU following a huge comeback announcement, the fans were heartbroken and were waiting for the other films of the DC universe to come out. And one such film that the fans were eagerly waiting for was Jason Momoa and Amber Heard starrer Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. The film was supposed to release in December this year, however, that does not seem to be the case now.

Apparently, it did not receive the expected appreciation at its test screenings. Hence, rumors are in the air that Jason Momoa might leave the Aquaman film franchise. Critics claim the recent sequel of the film as the “Worst DCU Movie Ever.” But the question remains, is Momoa leaving the DCU or is he just switching?
