The last couple of months has been quite a rollercoaster for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle. Following the memoir’s release last month, Royal experts have been at their beck and call with scathing remarks all over the internet. Adding to it, their top critics and tabloid moguls, Piers Morgan, Jeremy Clarkson, and such have left no stone unturned to disgrace the Sussex couple. 

On top of it, straining their ties with the greatest allies sparked its own set of rumors surrounding the estranged Royals. When their close acquaintance, Oprah Winfrey ditched Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from her 69th birthday party, people were sure that their days in the United States were numbered. However, Ellen DeGeneres came to the rescue by inviting them both to her vow renewal ceremony. Nonetheless, the media personality has had to face tough criticism for the same.

Megyn Kelly bashes Ellen DeGeneres for having Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

It seems like the Sky news contributor, Megyn Kelly has a problem with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle getting close to reputed personalities worldwide. As she spoke to the news broadcast host Paul Murray, the critic went all nuclear on DeGeneres as well as the couple. She questioned the live show host asking “who invites random celebrities to their wedding?” Kelly also put a question mark on DeGeneres’ popularity stating, “People loathe her.”

The commentator further added that such a gesture by DeGeneres speaks “poorly of her, as it does of them.” However, she herself admitted that the couple is as close to Ellen as Oprah was to them. Talking of the infamous year-long accusation of how Ellen had turned into a big bully to her guests, she said that her ways of working in the industry are toxic. 

As reported earlier, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended another major event thrown by the world-renowned comedian, Ellen DeGeneres. She threw a lavish party with her wife to celebrate her 50th birthday party which surprisingly turned into their vow renewal ceremony. After the Oprah snub, rumors had it that their American celebrity pals are avoiding them to keep PR stunts at bay.
