“Pa Likes It When Women Wear..” – Prince Harry Reveals What King Charles Despised Before Meeting Meghan Markle
Prince Harry did not hold back anything when he wrote his memoir Spare. There was an outright war waged between the royal families over the same. Despite the chaos, the memoir has finally reached its audience with some fascinating revelations about the family members. Nonetheless, he stressed his father and brother the most. In such an instance, he the incident of his father King Charles meeting Meghan Markle for the first time and how he played his cards right to get the approval of his dad.
However, as we know now, despite getting into his good books, Harry and Meghan Markle could not adjust themselves to the royal customs. Instead, they chose to relinquish their titles and royal status by choosing to step down from the family and relocate to the States.

Prince Harry prepared Meghan Markle to meet King Charles’ standards for women
Prince Harry revealed in his book that King Charles is very particular about how women dress. His father does not approve of women wearing too much makeup or putting their hair up. So when he first introduced his then-girlfriend, Meghan Markle to his father, he advised her to wear little makeup and keep her hair down.
“Her hair was down because I suggested she wear it that way. Pa likes it when women wear their hair down,” he added, “Meg was wearing little make-up, which I’d also suggested, Pa didn’t approve of women who wore a lot.” Apparently, Late Queen Elizabeth also really liked Markle’s hair.
While the former American actress checked all the boxes for King Charles, her meeting with Prince William was not exactly good. The father of three was taken aback when she went in for a hug instead of a courtesy.

Apart from this, the sidelined prince further revealed that the King starts his day with a headstand and is a hard worker. They often found him asleep at his desk. King Charles apparently had a lonely childhood and still retained a “pitiful” teddy bear from his boyhood to this day.
