The 30-year-old actor who currently has the entire Stranger Things fandom begging for him to be resurrected in the final season through some miracle, is currently gearing up for The Fantastic Four while also promoting A Quiet Place: Day One. Quinn sat down with Josh Horowitz on his Happy, Sad, Confused podcast to reveal that when he heard back from the Duffer Brothers about his Stranger Things audition, he was left skeptical. This was simply because he was overwhelmed to finally hear back about a role that he desperately wanted to play.
The actor talked about how he had been trying out for various roles and sending out a plethora of audition tapes. Unfortunately, those he would hear back from were far and few. As Sydney Sweeney jumped on the Madame Web offer, and Tom Holland became a superstar with just one movie, it became clear that Marvel was the way to go for young Hollywood. Now, as Joseph Quinn heads to make his superhero debut with The Fantastic Four, fans are just hoping that the results fall somewhere close to the 'Spider Web' rather than the 'Madame Web.'
Quinn will be taking on the role of Johnny Storm in the upcoming Marvel project alongside an equally amusing cast. The actor has on multiple occasions promised that the story is key with the new project and that he and his cast mates are ready to deliver the best. Given his talent, fans cannot disagree.
