Netflix Will Have To Be on Its Toes Adapting ‘Death Note’ Because of Elon Musk

One of the most popular forms of storytelling in the world is mangas. The tradition of telling stories, mainly fantasies through manga, dates back to the 19th century. And mangas gave birth to the widely popular animes. At present, almost the whole population of the world has at least watched an anime once in their life. And it is the popularity that has reached even the celebrities like Elon Musk.

Elon is just one among billions of people who love animes. And now, just like billion others, his favorite anime is getting a live-action adaptation from Netflix. But does it mean the streaming service will have to be careful with the project?

Will Elon Musk loving Death Note prove to be an obstacle for Netflix?

The whole world has been surprised ever since Netflix announced its new projects. Duffer Brother, who brought Stranger Things to life, will helm multiple new projects, including a live tv adaptation of Death Note.

Death Note anime, which originally aired in 2006, received a lot of admiration for its plot and has gained more fame and success over the years, with a huge fanbase.

Many studios, including Netflix, have attempted a live-action movie of the series, but none have stood up to the level of the original.

However, now things are looking a bit different. The Duffer Brothers certainly have earned a reputation for themselves with their immense success with Stranger Things.

But the skepticism of fans is also justified, considering how poorly the previous adaptations of Death Note were received.

Elon is also a huge anime fan and loves Death Note. So his views about the show and the new live-action will have an equal amount of consideration as any other fan.

Elon Musk is one of the most eccentric personalities of our generation. Some even call him the real-life Iron Man. And just like Tony Stark, Elon has quick one-liners for all.

Everyone remembers when Netflix lost 200k subscribers earlier this year, and Musk openly tweeted as to why the streaming service had faced loss. So now that Netflix is adapting his favorite show, Elon might say a thing or two about it.

At the end of the day, all shows that Netflix makes are for the fans, so keeping the audience in mind is something that all Studio Executives and Duffer Brothers will surely be doing.
