Netflix Steps Up for 2025 Spring With a Bounty Treat of Animation, Here’s the Full List

Whether it is the jolly jingle of the holidays, the glitz of award season, or just another flip of the calendar, Netflix never misses a chance to dress up its content library to match the moment. After rolling out a cinematic feast for awards season, the streaming giant is now leaping into spring with a blooming lineup of animated gems so impressive, they might just turn family time into a must-watch event for kids and adults alike.
For those curious about what is sprouting on Netflix this spring, here is a rundown of every animated title making its grand entrance on the streaming giant.
The list of animated titles landing on Netflix this Spring

Netflix is going to be in full bloom this spring for the younger streaming demographic with an archive of animated favorites. And the first to step into the dazzling roster of the OTT platform is Barbie & Teresa: Recipe for Friendship on March 6 followed by Plankton: The Movie the very next day. On March 17, the streaming giant is scheduled to launch Cocomelon Lane Season 4 with Wolf King in tow for March 20.
Moving ahead to Netflix’s April vault of vibrant animations, the streaming mogul will bring Jurassic World Chaos Theory Season 3 on April 3, followed by Blippi’s Job Show and Unicorn Academy: Chapter 3 on April 7 and 9. Pokémon Horizons: Season 2-The Search for Laqua Part 2 will enter Netflix on April 25. Astérix & Obélix: The Big Fight rounds out the animation slate of Netflix on April 30, and with that, wraps up the assortment of animated entertainment for spring.
Netflix’s animated titles have often given the streaming mogul an edge of popularity within kids, unlike its streaming counterparts. And entering into the New Year, it already declared some of the major animated titles coming to the streamer both repeated and new.

Netflix has quite the animated treats ready and queued up as part of its Pay-1 window. According to What’s on Netflix, the streaming giant has added Despicable Me 4. The Wild Robot and Dog Man are slated to be introduced on May 24th and somewhere in September, respectively. Netflix is also gearing up with exciting titles like The Super Mario Bros. Movie 2, The Bad Guys 2, and Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie in 2026.

As for 2027, the streaming giant will bring Shrek 5 and Minions 3 to its platform within a few months of their theatrical releases. None of the forthcoming 2026 and 2027 titles coming to Netflix has been released in the theatres yet. But knowing the streamer’s knack for suiting up, it is only a matter of time until their theatrical releases follow the kids on trail to their couch for annual binge sessions.
