As we all know, the live-action series will be the first time we witness our favorite One Piece characters in such a format. However, while the world of live-action is just getting started, its print counterpart continues to grow. After being in print for decades, new volumes are still in the works.
Apart from the print and live-action updates, the fans also have a huge anime adaptation of the series with over a thousand episodes to dive right into. Not long ago, the anime counterpart entered a new arc in episode 1072 featuring Monkey D. Luffy’s Gear 5. The new avatar of the character took the internet by storm. Suffice it to say, fans have enough content on Eiichiro Oda’s manga before the live-action graces our screen.
