Recently, Netflix took to Twitter and took a little walk down memory lane to awe at the alluring dress that Kate Hudson donned in the 2003 romantic flick How to Lose a Guy in 10 days. The streaming giant just added the well-loved film to their catalog on October 4 and the tweet was the platform’s unique way to generate a buzz for the movie. Two stunning pictures of Hudson posing in the delicate and dignified outfit are a sight to behold.

That, accompanied with the caption “The chokehold this dress had on me in 2003…” is more than enough for the fans to come aboard the simp train. Twitteratis held nothing back and wholeheartedly expressed their adoration for the dress and the film.

Directed by Donald Petrie, the film also stars the ruggedly handsome Matthew McConaughey alongside the beautiful Kate Hudson. The film is adapted from a book of the same name written by Jeannie Long and Michele Alexander. The film follows Andie Anderson (Hudson) and Benjamin Barry (McConaughey) as they both go to extreme lengths to prove themselves at their respective jobs. While Barry tries to make Anderson fall hopelessly in love with him, she uses the classic “clingy girl” tropes to get him to dump her.
