So far, the season has been confirmed but without a release date. Apart from Ciri taking center stage, fans saw the addition of The Rats and other new characters. But recently, another addition to the franchise was announced, and he is set to play one of the characters from the novel by Andrzej Sapkowski.

The Witcher is set to add this character to season 4

With the disappointment of season 3 still fresh in most fans’ minds, it is no surprise that fans have been receiving constant updates about the show’s next season. The Witcher may have ended on another cliffhanger to draw their audience in, but with the latest announcements, that will not be necessary. Netflix is set to add Emiel Regis Rohellec Terzieff-Godefroy, to the series. They also recently revealed that the series would be bringing back old faces too.

The character has been a huge part of the last three books and will give fans another storyline to look forward to. In the books, Regis is portrayed as a higher vampire who ends up joining Geralt’s search for Ciri after her disappearance. He has also been considered to be one of the most powerful characters of The Witcher universe, who is immortal, has super strength, and many other amazing superpowers.

But while the addition of the character has been announced, an actor has not been deemed worthy of the role as of yet. Netflix has not found its star yet, and it looks like the fans may already have options ready.

Who will take on Regis in The Witcher season 4?

With a character as important as this one, finding the right actor could take a bit of time. But while the search for Regis continues, fans have already revealed who they want cast in the role.
