Millie Bobby Brown Breaks Set Rules as She Shows off ‘Stranger Things’ Call Sheet in Essentials Video
The only downside to a show becoming huge overnight is the nosiness of fans and press that comes with it. Stranger Things is one such show that has been cloaked in secrecy ever since becoming a massive Netflix hit. With the final season coming, fans have already begun decoding and theorizing potential spoilers from behind-the-scenes set peeks and other updates. Now, one little misstep, and the entire final run could end up getting spoiled. Therefore, there are many set rules. But it seems, Millie Bobby Brown does not really care much.
Millie Bobby Brown recently pulled a very risky move while showing her set essentials, and broke a major Stranger Things set protocol.

Millie Bobby Brown recently did a ‘What’s in my bag’ and shared everything that she carries every day on sets. The very first thing that she took out of her Mills Fuzzy Tote Bag from Florence by Mills was a call sheet from Stranger Things which had her sides. “I am most definitely not meant to keep these,” said the actress. While the actress initially seemed quite confident that she would not get into trouble, the fear soon struck her. She quickly threw it away, citing she is "scared". Brown’s sheet was blurred in the video, and she did not let slip any spoilers.
Brown had talked about the call sheets in an Entertainment Weekly interview back in 2017 as well. “On the call sheets our names are across it and if we lose it, we’re dead,” said the Enola Holmes actress. This is the reason why many Stranger Things actors are so tight lipped about the final season. The security protocols were not as rigid for the first season of the sci-fi horror. It was only after the first season’s success that they decided to protect the show’s plot points from being leaked. And for that, they even consulted the makers of Game of Thrones.
Shawn Levy once shared how the Game of Thrones strategies helped them cover their tracks at every step of the way while making.
Stranger Things consulted Game of Thrones for anti-spoiler protocols
If there is one franchise that knows a thing or two about preventing any semblance of a spoiler, it is Game of Thrones. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, director Shawn Levy shared, “We literally consulted with the producers on Game of Thrones to learn security protocols”. Earlier they used to just throw their sides away, but from season 2, their sides needed to be burned, or “shredded” as Millie Bobby Brown shared in her recent video.

“We protect every story point, every page of every script,” added Levy. Perhaps, he could have taken some notes from MCU as well- now that he is a part of it- as the studio is also known for pushing the spoilerphobia to a whole other level. Nonetheless, no spoiler has got out yet, and Millie Bobby Brown definitely did not cross the line despite dawdling around the edge.
