The Girls I’ve Been is an adaptation of the book of the same name by Tessa Sharpe. Being the daughter of a con artist, the protagonist Nora O’Malley knows the art of blending into different characters. She dons various faces throughout her life to dupe criminals and earn a living for herself. Nora has a knack for trying unique things to get herself and her friends out of life-threatening troubles. 

After five years of living different lives, Nora encounters a dangerous situation. She is held hostage in a bank heist and needs to put out something extraordinary to escape from there safely. 

When is the film featuring Millie Bobby Brown expected to release?

The fans will have to wait to see the unique pairing of Millie Bobby Brown and Jason Bateman on the screen. The Girls I’ve Been was announced in July 2020, but it is still in the pre-production stage. There is no clarity regarding when the movie will go on the floors. As mentioned by What’s On Netflix, Millie Bobby Brown’s hectic schedule is one of the prime reasons behind the delay in the shooting. The actor was busy filming for Stranger Things Season 4 and Enola Holmes 2 the past year.
