The heated tensions of recent events have led to many rumors about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Amidst extreme controversies and speculations, the Duchess of Sussex seems to be stuck in a new confusion among the masses. The mother of two shares her first name with eminent figures in the United States. The Popstar, Megan Thee Stallion, and the American actress Megan Fox are two of the most celebrated names in the west. 

The name Meghan has apparently made people think she is not the Duchess of Sussex, but either of these two. During a phone call, the 41-year-old addressed herself as just Meghan, which has created a stir online. Narrating the same, Shannon Keith told the masses how she could not figure out who she was talking to after a 30-minute phone call with the Duchess. The former is a US animal rights attorney whom Markle rang up the other day. 

Meghan Markle had asked for a beagle to the Rescue Center 

The conversation left the speaker hilariously perplexed when she could not realize who she was talking to. When you are in America, the word Meghan strikes three different chords in the brain. Something similar happened with the Beagle Freedom owner, as she had a telephonic conversation with the Duchess. Reportedly, Markle was discussing the procedure of adopting a seven-year-old beagle from the dog center. As soon as the Suits alum said that, the LA dog rescue owner was left asking himself, “Is this Megan Fox?”. 

Keith opened up about the same in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. She also revealed that Harry and Meghan adopted 1 of 4000 beagles that were rescued last year. The sweet little beagle was named Mamma Mia, as per Daily Mail. As per the conversation, Markle did not want a Christmas puppy as most people do. The Duchess was rather interested in the ones who were older. 

Mia was an addition to their other pet, who is also a beagle named Guy. The Sussexes also have a Labrador, whom they affectionately call Pula. In fact, the reports also say the Montecito-based couple also own chickens that they rescued from a factory farm.
