Although Duffer Brothers have revealed that the stage spinoff will dwell on Henry Creel’s past, fans are curious to know its hidden details. All the viewers are aware of the things that took place in Hawkins and are speculating on what might the future awaits. However, most of us don’t have enough knowledge of how this young boy became a dark sorcerer. So, this is natural that people are getting eager daily for what the creators have planned for the drama. Matthew Modine wants Papa to return in Stranger Things Season 5

We all know that Dr. Brenner sacrificed himself to save Eleven in the penultimate season so she can fight Vecna. Although people remained unconvinced that he died in the desert because he was the one who had survived creatures like demogorgans previously. Just like that, the portrayer himself supports his character’s return in the biggest climax of the show.

During his appearance at the BAFTA Awards, the Emmy-nominated star expressed his desire to be a part of the show again and how much he misses them all. “I hope that there’s some way to resuscitate Dr. Brenner and put him in season 5 because it would be wonderful to be part of the last season,” he told Radio Times.

Not just that, he even gave fans a hint that nobody saw him dying there, and they left him just lying on the sand. So only time will tell whether he survived that day or not.
