Gap is one of the biggest brands that has survived through the years. Even Kanye West had a journey from working with them to collaborating with them. But as per The List, he had dedicated a song named ‘Spaceship’ from the album ‘College Dropout.’ The lyrics of which went, “Look at my check — wasn’t no scratch So if I stole, wasn’t my fault.” It described a young Ye working at Gap and earning very less.

Ye also lost his billionaire status due to the whole fiasco but still backs his opinions. He then began promoting the idea of building his own brand that can be affordable to all.
