“Little room for sentiment”-King Charles Won’t Be Compassionate About Who He Wants to Represent the Monarchy
As we are gradually inching closer to the coronation, all the far-stretched disputes and controversies are somewhat being narrowed down. King Charles and Queen Camilla have been down on the preparations since day one. After the monarch rightfully ascended the throne post-Queen Elizabeth’s death, he found himself at the receiving end of countless criticism and backlashes regarding certain loose ends of the family.
The controversies around Prince Harry and Meghan Markle never seem to end. Nonetheless, the King has finally played hardball, sticking to what is in for of his kingdom. Spiraling disputes with polarizing opinions from all fronts had put the King in a short dilemma to decide about a crucial moment in his forthcoming coronation. It was none other than the balcony appearances of the royals in the famous Buckingham Palace, which significantly displays the core members of the royal family.
Royal sources have made it exclusively clear to The Mirror that, despite the outrageous opinions and demands, the King will stick to whatever seems fit for his administration. The outlet has it that the King and the selected members of the balcony appearance “will show a vision of a slimmed down monarchy.” The monarch has chosen a handful of members for the historic display, who will thus stand up for the “heartbeat and future of this family.”

Sources involved in the plans with Buckingham claim that “There is little room for sentiment.” The forthcoming momentous occasion is purely a state occasion and not a family occasion that will allow the King to bend the rules. Thus, he has been unequivocal about who he wants to represent the monarchy at the roaring finale event.

Whom did King Charles choose?
So far, the only confirmed news that comes from the Palace is that Their Majesties, King Charles, and Queen Camilla, will head to the royal residence. They will proceed in their gold coach after rendering off the holy rituals in the famous 11th-century church at Westminster. Joining them, as a matter of course, will be The Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children without a second thought.
Charles’ most trusted ally and beloved sister, Princess Royal Anne, will also be by his side on the balcony. All in all, a group of fifteen would appear for the grand ceremony. It will thus exclude the California-based estranged royals, and the “disgraced” Prince Andrew from the site.
