Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have declared war against the royal family with their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan. The Duke and Duchess gave an elaborated insight into their challenges and struggles in the United Kingdom. Prince Harry revealed how his wife was made a scapegoat to protect the other senior members of the family. The royal also claimed that the firm planted many fake stories to bring down the popularity of the former American actress.

After watching the docuseries, it is not hard to guess that the ill-treatment of Meghan Markle is the main reason behind the rift between the Duke and his family members. Meanwhile, the Sussexes are not going to stop just with docuseries. More revelations and accusations are expected in Prince Harry’s memoir that will hit the stores on January 10, 2023. Amidst all the royal chaos, a British journalist has given advice to Markle from her own experience.

The broadcaster reflects on the dynamics of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with the royal family 

In her column for Daily Mail, Rowan Pelling revealed that she resonates with Meghan Markle. Pelling had a similar experience as her father-in-law did not speak to her for over five years. The Britisher learned from her own experience that a person should do everything possible to help their spouse maintain a healthy relationship with their family. The stand-up comedian believes that a decent relationship between Markle and the royal family would have made Prince Harry happier. She is of the opinion that the former actress should have kept all the hurt by the institution aside to at least have a good relationship with Prince William. 

The post titled, “From a writer banished by her father-in-law for being ‘unspeakably vulgar’… Letting your husband take your side against his family never ends well'”, further saw Pelling advising Prince Harry to work towards mending the relationship between his father and wife before it is too late. 

Meanwhile, the broadcaster also revealed that the bond between Prince Harry and Prince William has suffered the most in the last few years. The grief of losing their mother Princess Diana and having a broken home connected the two brothers. However, the ongoing fight has deepened their childhood wound.
