The Witcher will not let Henry Cavill go without one beautiful song from Jaskier. Season 3 of the Netflix series will be a bittersweet journey for fans of the series and loyalists of the actor. After all, when one thinks of the Witcher, the face that comes to mind is of the British entertainer. Perfectly representing his journey and the character is the latest song for the season.

Just like any other periodic series, the element that adds to its memory, along with costumes and sets, is the music. Now the one character that adds color to the series with his music is none other than Witcher’s occasional travel companion Jaskier.

A new track drops for The Witcher Season 3 as Henry Cavill returns

Even bigger, better, and bolder, that is what the upcoming season of The Witcher has promised to be. To begin, it has dropped the latest Jaskier song for season 3 which is available to stream now. It is called ‘The Ride of The Witcher’ and will release in different time zones soon. An audio of the song is available on YouTube by Milan Records. As per the credits given, it is performed by Joseph Trapanese, featuring Percival Schuttenbach. However, Netflix holds the exclusive license to its label from Sony Music Entertainment.

One of the credited singers is Joey Batey, who plays Jaskier, the bard companion of Geralt. In the series, the character is named Dandelion and is a colorful character who befriends his star opposite, the Witcher. Sources show that he first met Geralt in the town of Gulet, and together they went through several adventures. Not much is known about the character’s history, although fans have been making speculations of his sexuality and love interest.

Just like Cavill’s story with Yennefer Jaskier’s storyline remains an exciting plot. But here is a recap of his beautiful songs in the series.

‘Geralt of Rivia’ remains the unbeatable soundtrack of The Witcher series. Apart from that, some of the best Jaskier songs in the first two seasons are ‘Toss a Coin to Your Witcher’, ‘Her Sweet Kiss’, ‘Burn Butcher Burn’, etc.

Meanwhile, this season will also bring Joey Batey with Cavill one last time as the former’s character sings the ballad of the latter. Season 3 of The Witcher will drop on 29th June, 2023.
