Meghan Markle revealed in her Oprah Winfrey interview that Kate Middleton said something about the dresses for the bridesmaids that brought Markle to tears. Prince Harry further took on the issue in his tell-all memoir Spare, in which he shared a text conversation between both women during that time. And an expert in human behavior has given her unique two cents on the texts.

Through the Oprah Winfrey interview, their docuseries, and the memoir, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared numerous anecdotes of Kate Middleton being far from nice to the Duchess of Sussex. With the number of times they have recounted Kate Middleton bringing Markle down to tears, they have encouraged their passionate social media fan pages to label Middleton as ‘toxic’. However, the author of Toxic People: Toxic People: 10 Ways Of Dealing With People Who Make Your Life Miserable, Lillian Glass, believes, as per Express, that Kate Middleton wanted to be “cooperative.”

In his tell-all memoir, Prince Harry published a text fight between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton. Princess Charlotte’s ill-fitting dress was at the helm of affairs. The Princess of Wales further suggested remaking all the dresses. And Meghan Markle was understandably against this idea. “It was so, so silly,” the expert said on Markle’s behavior.

The tailor in question agrees with Lillian Glass

After the debate hit the fan and fans began to open fire at Kate Middleton for supposedly being ruthless towards Meghan Markle, the tailor at Kensington Palace, Ajay Mirpuri, talked to Daily Mail. The royal tailor made his stance clear in the bridesmaid dress debate by saying that he understands Kate Middleton.

“I can understand why anybody would be upset if the dresses weren’t fitting–it’s nerve-wracking,” he said. Despite numerous expert opinions, the debate is far from meeting its end.
