Netflix has dipped its toes far too deep into the world of sports, especially after venturing into the live-streaming arena. In 2025, it is keeping up its pace of sports-centric content with an upcoming American sports comedy series, Running Point, by Elaine Ko, Mindy Kaling, Ike Barinholtz, and David Stassen. The series is slated for a Netflix premiere on February 27, starring Kate Hudson.

Running Point is a 10-episodic series where Hudson portrays Isla Gordon. Other cast members include Drew Tarver, Scott MacArthur, Brenda Song, Fabrizio Guido, Toby Sandeman, Chet Hanks, and Max Greenfield.
